Sophie got her start in theatre in her hometown of Washington DC. Sophie attended Georgetown Day High School where she was a choreographer for a dance group, the head of her a capella group, and an active member of the theatre community. Some of her favorite past productions have included Metamorphoses (Eurydice, Myrrha, and others) and Peter and the Starcatcher (Molly Aster). She has also been involved in various capacities with other local DC theatres including Arena Stage. Apart from the stage, Sophie is scuba certified, studied abroad in Paris, and enjoys spending time with her two cats. In the future she hopes to be a successful actress taking part in productions with significant social meaning. Sophie loves fairytales and hopes to adapt a number of them for modern audiences.
