Diaya "Day" Fuller (Eurydice) is a junior Theatre major with an emphasis in acting and a Screenwriting minor. Through her involvement with the Taratibu Youth Association, a youth performing arts company that focuses on African/African American culture and history, she has learned to use traditional and contemporary songs, dance, written word, and social activism to engage the community and enact positive social change through her craft. She has also had opportunities to be in the director's seat, one such endeavor including directing “Confessions of a Former Boy Detective” in the Hollywood Fringe Festival. She, ultimately, wants to create art on a cross-cultural scale that is inclusive of all marginalized voices and she will be spending her spring semester studying theatre abroad in London to help further her passions.
